Blending the Generations: Building a Multigenerational Workplace

In this seminar, we will study the generational differences and how this understanding can improve communication, motivation, employee retention and building diverse teams. In the morning, we will explore what defines each generation. What drives Traditionalists, Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials and how does this impact on organizational culture, leadership and team synergy. In the afternoon we will work on developing the strategies necessary to successfully blend 4 generations into workable partnerships and cooperative units.
